- Own businesses: web design (incl database programming), web hosting, graphic design, commercial photography, marketing consulting. About 500 clients.
- Various church organist/director positions, currently at 1st U for 27 years

- Dean (president) Worcester Chapter American Guild of Organists
- Held concerts and fundraisers for various homeless/housing and world hunger non-profits; of which the longest-running concert series was 17 years, raising over $250K for Worcester Homeless.
- Avid vegetarian and environmentalist. Runner (Ted Jewell got me interested in my 20s; currently as joints and aches allow (and no ice/snow): 20-60 mi/week)
